What you'll do

• Maintain and implement nursing policies and procedures consistent with current practice and regulations. Analyze processes, KPIs, and clinical data
• communicate policies to nursing staff and monitor implementation. Conduct resident assessments as directed by the Director of Nursing. Review daily 24-hour reports and ensure timely responses to significant changes, transfers, discharges, injuries, potential abuse or neglect, medication errors, and resident or family concerns. Maintain resident clinical data in YARDI, support scheduling, and participate in on-call duties.
