Program Manager — User Trials

The Program Manager — User Trials role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with pay of $33–$35 per hour. Artech LLC is recruiting for a 12+ month assignment supporting user trials of new products and services, including smartphones, gadgets, and IoT devices. The manager plans and coordinates parallel trial programs, recruits employee participants, and gathers and analyzes feedback before products reach market. The role helps Product, Engineering, and Design teams identify usability issues and risks and turn trial findings into actionable improvements.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute user-trial programs, timelines, logistics, and participant engagement
• recruit and manage employee participants
• collect and analyze feedback through meetings and surveys
• identify trends, usability issues, bugs, and performance risks
• communicate and prioritize issues with stakeholders and track resolution
• monitor program metrics and deliver insights
• coordinate with global teams in China and Brazil, with occasional early or late hours.
