What you'll do

• Clean and maintain walkways, hallways, stairwells, offices, lobby areas, patios, amenities, and other property areas
• empty and clean trash containers
• clean vacant apartments and assist with unit turns as needed
• use a blower and trim grass as required
• prepare surfaces and paint
• pressure-clean common areas
• check inventory items.
