What you'll do

• Train, coach, supervise, schedule, and lead terrain park attendants and operators. Conduct weekly safety meetings and document equipment and PPE training. Lead daily operations and nightly design and construction plans
• assess risks and inspect, maintain, and test features. Assist with park design and construction, accident investigations, grooming plans, hiring, and development of operating procedures and best practices.
