Maintenance Technician II

The Maintenance Technician II role is onsite in Starkville, MS; compensation is $27.37–$35.01 per hour. Advanced Technology Services provides industrial maintenance services to help factories run better. This technician performs mid- to expert-level equipment repair and preventive maintenance to keep factory machinery and systems operating. The role also supports continuous improvement, equipment performance monitoring, and the development of lower-level technicians and small teams.

What you'll do

• Perform break-fix and preventive maintenance
• diagnose equipment problems, repair or replace defective parts, and test equipment
• source parts and supplies
• operate machining tools and perform welding tasks when required
• maintain housekeeping standards and participate in continuous improvement
• update maintenance records and review CMMS history
• troubleshoot control systems
• collect equipment performance data using predictive maintenance technologies
• assist lower-level technicians and small teams
• follow safety policies and complete technical development programs.
