Maintenance Technician — First Shift

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Arlington, TX, and pays $25–$28 per hour. The position supports plant production machinery, service equipment, and building systems at 4over's climate-controlled plant. The technician troubleshoots and maintains mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support safe, reliable plant operations and production. The schedule is Monday–Friday, primarily 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, for eight or more hours per day and five or more days per week based on business needs.

What you'll do

• Support preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
• respond to service requests, diagnose issues, order parts, and complete repairs or recommend solutions
• assist with equipment installation and removal
• conduct routine checks
• communicate service issues to production
• complete records
• maintain housekeeping
• and follow safety procedures.
