What you'll do

• Handle incoming calls and shared email, routing customer inquiries, purchase orders, quote requests, and technical questions
• balance workload across the Inside Account Manager team
• manage branch-controlled inventory
• coordinate office and facility use
• process purchases of office, sales, and operational materials
• prepare weekly order reports and expedite orders
• manage promotional items
• provide website chat support and maintain customer portal logins
• coordinate trade shows, customer events, and training
• provide administrative support to the sales team.
