What you'll do

• Lead conceptual and schematic cost estimates
• use historical data, quantity take-offs, unit pricing, and systems or line-count methods
• present cost models to teams and clients
• coordinate with project managers, design teams, clients, and trade estimators
• conduct risk analyses
• maintain cost data and benchmarking tools
• support pre-construction opportunity conversion
• mentor junior estimators and develop regional standards and tools.
