Part-Time Communications and Special Projects Intern

The Part-Time Communications and Special Projects Intern role is onsite in Baltimore, MD. Compensation is $25 per hour or course credit, and the position is 10–16 hours per week for 3–6 months. The Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership operates a housing mobility and counseling program serving qualified families across the Baltimore region. The intern supports external affairs through communications, research, events, and special projects. The work helps BRHP share information about its program and assist families moving from areas of concentrated poverty to communities with greater opportunity.

What you'll do

• Assist with special projects and initiatives, external meetings, outreach events, presentations, and marketing
• draft content and design graphics for social media, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and presentations
• create and maintain media lists, monitor coverage, and prepare news clips
• assist with correspondence reviews, including letters and marketing materials
• support day-to-day office tasks as needed.

Why this role
