Knowledge Manager

The Knowledge Manager position is onsite at Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts. Compensation is $115,000–$125,000 per year, depending on experience, certifications, and qualifications. The role supports the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management Division (C3BM), which is working to deliver an integrated Department of the Air Force Battle Network. The Knowledge Manager leads enterprise knowledge-management solutions that make technical and program information easier to organize, access, and reuse. By managing collaboration environments, information architecture, workflows, and briefings, the role supports C3BM teams and their acquisition and mission-integration work.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide knowledge-management solutions using Microsoft 365
• design and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, metadata, content types, permissions, workflows, and architectures
• brief teams on knowledge-management practices
• work with program managers, engineers, acquisition professionals, and subject-matter experts to capture and disseminate data
• develop automated workflows, dashboards, trackers, and digital tools using PowerApps, Power BI, or other appropriate tools.

Why this role

Requires an active Top Secret clearance with current SCI eligibility and U.S. citizenship. A related bachelor’s or master’s degree and 3+ years of DoD-sector experience are preferred.
