What you'll do

• Process warranty claims submitted by dealers and vendor chargebacks for non-returned parts
• respond to internal and external emails and dealer phone inquiries
• research parts to verify part numbers
• work with Dealer Relations on pre-authorizations and required information
• process claims for independent service providers and retail
• coordinate with vendors on chargebacks and authorizations
• attend monthly staff meetings.
