What you'll do

• Triage and manage incident reports and records
• conduct investigations under Maryland incident-reporting policy
• submit required quarterly forms and plans of correction
• coordinate required staff training
• liaise with external surveyors
• support licensure and certification renewals
• audit unbilled services and program records
• develop internal audits and agency protocols
• track program performance indicators
• conduct safety assessments and drills
• serve as designated Privacy and Safety Official
• report quality-plan progress to leadership.
