Facilities Technician

The technician supports day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and functionality of Aeva’s approximately 95,000-square-foot facility and warehouse, supporting the company’s sensing and perception technology work. The role performs routine and corrective maintenance, responds to facility requests and emergencies, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and reliable workplace. It also supports warehouse organization, employee moves, vendors, contractors, and facility projects.

What you'll do

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance across offices, warehouse, labs, common areas, and exterior spaces
• troubleshoot minor electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and building repairs
• complete inspections, work orders, and service records
• participate in emergency response and provide 24/7 on-call support
• conduct safety inspections
• maintain warehouse and common areas
• assist with vendors, contractors, moves, and facility projects.
