What you'll do

• Assist the Maintenance Director in identifying repairs or replacements in apartments, rooms, common areas, landscaping, and parking areas
• complete work orders from residents and staff
• assist with preventive maintenance
• respond promptly and politely to resident complaints and questions
• complete assigned special projects.
