What you'll do

• Assist project managers with planning, design, and construction management
• compile bids, budgets, and schedules
• review project documents and construction scope
• prepare preliminary budgets and status reports
• process purchase orders and maintain tracking reports and project files
• source and manage subcontractors and specialty vendors
• coordinate project goals and deliverables
• provide client service
• may own smaller, less complex projects.
