Deck Supervisor

The Deck Supervisor role is onsite in Sugar Land, TX. Compensation is $12–$13 per hour. The supervisor supports daily pool-deck operations at Goldfish Swim School of Sugar Land and helps provide the school’s Golden Experience for swimmers and families. The role maintains a safe, organized pool environment while leading and supporting instructors, monitoring swimmer progress, and coordinating pool operations. Its work helps ensure consistent instruction, swimmer safety, and a positive experience for families.

What you'll do

• Monitor pool-deck activity and swimmer supervision
• enforce safety procedures and address unsafe conditions
• maintain cleanliness and instructor-to-student ratios
• lead, coach, and support instructors
• monitor swimmer development and document progress
• conduct skill evaluations when assigned
• monitor pool chemistry, equipment, and operational checks
• track instructor attendance and class transitions
• assist families and escalate complex concerns
• teach classes when staffing needs require it.

Why this role
