What you'll do

• Answer member questions and provide prompt, accurate service
• investigate and correct errors
• explain and sell credit union products and services
• maintain accurate member account information
• work toward new-account and loan goals
• handle deposit, loan, card, check-order, remote-deposit, and payment inquiries
• process loans by phone and online applications
• prepare loan documents and coordinate virtual closings
• handle email inquiries and wire transfer requests
• Spanish fluency is required.
