What you'll do

• Welcome guests, visitors, vendors, and staff
• conduct rounds and perimeter checks
• monitor security cameras and radio traffic
• complete entry searches
• support compliance with policies
• use non-aggressive, non-physical trauma-informed de-escalation and contact law enforcement or medical personnel as needed
• maintain guest-use spaces
• assist nurses with requests in the clinic, sobering center, and detox rooms
• connect guests with triage and case management
• complete shift paperwork and digital reports.
