What you'll do

• Own assigned benefits disciplines and serve as a primary resource and escalation point. Interpret plan provisions and resolve complex eligibility, enrollment, claims, coverage, contribution, deduction, leave, retirement, and vendor matters. Maintain program calendars, procedures, controls, documentation, and service standards. Support compliance, audits, testing, filings, notices, and corrective actions. Lead user acceptance testing, data validation, reconciliations, annual enrollment, projects, and program changes
• manage vendors, analyze trends, and provide guidance and cross-training to colleagues.
