What you'll do

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by machine or hand
• store clean items

• sweep and scrub floors
• maintain clean and orderly kitchen areas
• safely set up, operate, clean, and sanitize equipment
• perform routine equipment maintenance
• and notify a manager about areas needing attention. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
