Working under BCBA supervision and alongside educators, school staff, and families, the technician implements behavior plans, tracks progress, and helps maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.

What you'll do

  • Provide direct behavioral support to students with autism and other developmental or behavioral needs
  • implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA supervision
  • support classroom activities, transitions, and social interactions
  • reinforce positive behaviors and communication and social skills
  • collect and document behavioral data and progress
  • collaborate with teachers, school staff, BCBAs, and families
  • maintain a safe, supportive learning environment and comply with school and company policies.
