What you'll do

  • Own the program schedule and cross-functional deliverables
  • lead implant and delivery-system design, prototyping, and design freeze
  • manage design controls, risk management, verification and validation planning, reviews, and the design history file
  • coordinate testing and validation
  • work with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing/Operations, and Clinical teams
  • manage suppliers and contract manufacturers
  • translate physician feedback into design requirements
  • support regulatory submissions
  • mentor and guide engineers
  • report program status and risks to executive leadership and the board.
