What you'll do

• Schedule, assign, and dispatch technicians based on availability, location, customer needs, and priority
• monitor and adjust schedules
• communicate with technicians and customers
• respond to cancellations, emergency calls, delays, and scheduling challenges
• update dispatch systems
• coordinate with managers, customer service, and field teams.
