What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments, administer medications/treatments, and develop individualized care plans.
• Supervise and delegate care to LPNs and CNAs.
• Work closely with attending physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to manage care plans.
• Assist with the orientation, training, and clinical mentorship of newly hired nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate, real-time clinical documentation utilizing PointClickCare (PCC) EHR software.
• Adhere to HIPAA standards, infection control protocols, and facility safety guidelines.
