• Oversee daily Corporate Sales activity
• set guidelines for prospecting, meetings, and reporting
• accompany account managers on calls and coach them
• support trade shows and relevant training
• provide strategic direction and feedback to staff
• distribute sales reports and projections
• develop and implement sales plans
• create procedures for customer proposals
• evaluate sales staff
• attend job meetings as required.
