Maintenance Technician — Timber Club Apartments

What you'll do

• Perform appliance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
• complete apartment turns, make-readies, and inspections
• troubleshoot maintenance issues
• conduct preventive maintenance
• respond to resident service requests through a paperless work-order system
• maintain records and inventory
• perform carpentry, drywall, and painting
• coordinate vendors
• maintain common areas and grounds
• assist with snow removal and seasonal needs
• follow safety procedures.
