What you'll do

• Assess residents’ needs and health status
• follow and update plans of care as appropriate
• administer medications and treatments and monitor effectiveness
• provide direct nursing care
• document in electronic medical records
• report changes and concerns to the Charge Nurse or physician
• support resident and family education
• coordinate care conferences
• monitor subordinate staff and shift coverage
• report incidents or suspected abuse, neglect, or rights violations.

Why this role
