What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and reassessments
• develop treatment plans and update programs
• deliver telehealth and in-person services based on client and program requirements
• analyze clinical data and make evidence-based treatment decisions
• supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training, and feedback
• collaborate with caregivers, families, and professionals
• maintain documentation according to payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements
• communicate service-related challenges.
