What you'll do

• Manage complex legal matters and advise business leaders
• draft legal memoranda, opinions, and recommendations
• negotiate, draft, and interpret contracts and legal documents
• provide primary legal support to agricultural lending teams on collateral, loan structure, borrower eligibility, and servicing
• manage lending templates
• support related financial services and syndicated lending
• advise on legal and compliance risks
• monitor laws and regulatory trends
• train and guide team members on legal and compliance topics.
