What you'll do

• Lead the instructional vision for Humanities departments
• conduct weekly classroom observations and provide standards-aligned feedback
• coach teachers on lesson planning and execution
• facilitate professional learning communities, data meetings, and planning cycles
• analyze achievement data and support interventions
• develop and evaluate teachers
• design professional development
• support student engagement, family partnerships, school operations, and schoolwide initiatives.
