What you'll do

• Coordinate client meetings, greet clients, prepare appointments, and support required paperwork
• supervise client account activity and research and resolve issues
• prepare and review new account paperwork
• verify accounts are traded into the accurate model
• assist operations teams
• monitor rollovers, investment funding, and transfers
• document client achievements and relevant data
• maintain risk awareness and compliance
• support company initiatives, projects, task forces, councils, and product rollouts.
