Senior Director of Information Technology

The Senior Director of Information Technology role is onsite in Frederick, MD, with compensation of $150,000–$190,000 per year. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the role leads IT operations across Mattress Warehouse stores, warehouses, offices, and remote users. The role exists to ensure reliable, secure, and responsive technology services across the company. It leads IT support, infrastructure availability, cybersecurity, vendor and budget management, and technology readiness for new locations, aligning IT operations with business priorities and minimizing avoidable downtime.

What you'll do

• Lead IT support processes for incidents, service requests, escalations, and root-cause follow-up
• oversee support across stores, warehouses, offices, and remote employees
• manage infrastructure performance, availability, and lifecycle
• coordinate upgrades and changes
• support new-location and relocation readiness
• lead day-to-day security operations and incident response
• manage IT budgets, licensing, and asset lifecycle
• oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations
• partner with business leaders
• lead, coach, and develop IT team members.
