What you'll do

• Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot restaurant kitchen equipment
• fabricate, mount, and connect components
• test, repair, or replace malfunctioning parts
• manage assigned customers and territories
• track customer calls, expenses, time sheets, and preventive maintenance
• document repairs
• communicate with customers
• follow safety procedures
• participate in training.
