What you'll do

• Review production sheets with the Sous Chef
• operate an assigned station
• prepare and cook menu items to recipes and specifications
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and temperature standards
• manage portions, rotation, labeling, and storage
• prepare station mise en place and complete opening and closing duties
• communicate shortages and menu availability
• assist with inventory and banquet plating as assigned.
