What you'll do

• Coordinate with engineering leadership and project-site teams
• develop bills of material and construction schedules for CAA space
• determine cleared labor requirements
• review designs and prepare cost estimates
• develop purchase requisitions and coordinate procurement
• review material submittals
• maintain reports and cost records
• monitor expenses and inventory
• coordinate trade contractors and vendors
• enforce security and quality-control policies and CAA construction procedures.
