The Senior Operations Work Coordinator role is onsite in Hudson, WI. Compensation is $33.90 to $47.43 per hour. This role coordinates daily work plans and resources across operations crews. By assigning work, equipment, and materials and adjusting schedules as conditions change, the coordinator supports safe, efficient work execution, customer satisfaction, quality, and regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Adjust daily schedules and assign crews for priority work based on resource availability, conflicts, and progress reports
• review incoming work and manage the real-time queue
• review work packets, coordinate equipment and materials, and complete prerequisites for execution
• coordinate job readiness and communicate project changes
• manage crew rejections and additional requests, adjust schedules to maintain promised start dates, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• partner with supervisors and customers to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
