What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients for menu items
• wash, peel, chop, and measure products to set standards
• follow recipes and processes to prepare menu components
• assist with cooking tasks as directed, including boiling, sautéing, grilling, or baking
• participate in family meal or other non-menu food preparation when invited or directed
• work with teammates and management to meet shared goals
• follow health and safety policies and maintain a clean work environment.
