Demolition Technician

Job overview

The Demolition Technician role is an onsite, full-time position in Lincoln, CA. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour. Lawton Construction & Restoration provides general contracting, insurance repair, water and fire restoration, emergency services, and pack-outs. The technician helps prepare job sites, remove materials and debris, and support restoration and reconstruction teams. The work contributes to safe, timely site preparation and temporary protection before reconstruction.

What you'll do

• Board up windows
• place tarps on roofs
• install temporary fixes until reconstruction teams arrive
• perform demolition and debris removal
• prepare job sites
• load and unload construction materials
• assist team members and perform general labor as directed.
