What you'll do

• Perform pre-infusion assessments
• establish peripheral IV access and manage ports and PICCs
• administer specialty medications
• monitor for adverse reactions and intervene or activate EMS if required
• educate patients and caregivers on medication storage, side effects, and home safety
• coordinate orders and supplies with pharmacy and clinical leadership
• document care using mobile platforms
• manage travel within the DC/MD/VA service area.
