What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals and snacks for residents, staff, and visitors while meeting dietary requirements and preferences
• maintain a clean and organized kitchen and follow food safety and sanitation standards
• collaborate with the dietary team on menus and may assist with special events or themed meals
• direct, evaluate, and discipline Dietary Assistants
• monitor dietary department functioning
• work with food services leadership to follow policy and maintain service quality.
