What you'll do

• Lead, direct, coach, and motivate Member Service Representatives
• meet service quality goals
• provide professional service and support to members and associates
• resolve complex member issues
• hire, develop, and manage branch personnel and conduct performance evaluations
• coach staff on cross-selling products and services
• maintain branch operations review standards
• ensure compliance with credit union policies, regulations, and the Bank Secrecy Act
• maintain adequate staffing
• represent the credit union with members and partner organizations.
