What you'll do

• Provide person-centered residential support
• assist with daily living, personal hygiene, household tasks, meals, and community engagement
• administer approved medications according to guidelines
• transport consumers as needed
• complete documentation and report incidents
• participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement
• maintain confidentiality
• provide approved crisis intervention and assist at other sites when cross-trained.
