What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations across an apartment portfolio
• supervise on-site staff and Community Directors
• inspect properties and oversee maintenance programs
• monitor resident service requests and resolve conflicts
• approve vendor agreements and capital improvement contracts
• develop and administer approved budgets
• oversee accounts payable and receivable coding and monthly financial reporting
• travel to properties as needed.
