Utility Billing Specialist

What you'll do

• Perform customer service by phone, email, and in person
• prepare monthly utility bills, final bills, past-due notices, and shutoffs
• process meter readings and maintain utility accounts
• enter service orders
• prepare and update reports and records
• research discrepancies
• maintain filing and online systems
• perform accounting adjustments and balance transactions.
