Client Services Specialist II — Remote, Monday–Friday Days

What you'll do

• Respond to client email, chat, and phone requests about questions, status checks, activations, orders, suspensions, and cancellations
• use online systems to resolve tickets accurately and promptly
• prioritize tickets by urgency
• collaborate and escalate cases when appropriate
• meet ticket and response-time KPIs
• complete bulk-action requests
• maintain knowledge of vendor platforms
• assist colleagues through team messaging
• keep current with technical and mobile-device-management training
• support phone migrations and escalated cases
• staff after-hours holiday support as needed.
