What you'll do

• Design and implement the property management operating model, systems, policies, and processes
• standardize procedures across leasing, maintenance, resident experience, compliance, vendors, collections, reporting, and turnover
• select and implement core technology
• establish KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and internal controls
• lead multifamily property operations and drive occupancy, collections, retention, revenue, and NOI
• oversee maintenance, capital projects, and vendors
• ensure regulatory compliance
• recruit, train, and lead teams
• report to ownership and executive leadership
• contribute to acquisitions, transitions, and portfolio growth planning.
