What you'll do
- Lead and schedule maintenance staff
- oversee resident work orders, repairs, preventive maintenance, apartment turns, vendors, inventory, grounds, safety compliance, documentation, and expense control. Participate in the maintenance on-call rotation and ensure after-hours, weekend, and holiday emergency coverage.
