The role helps produce finished materials to specifications by operating and maintaining equipment, inspecting quality, and supporting safe, orderly department operations.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate industrial sewing machines
• sew materials using industrial machines, including barrel necks, ropes, and Velcro
• follow product guides and production samples and inspect stitching for defects
• inspect finished products
• make minor machine adjustments and perform routine maintenance
• apply latex to cloth, cut and fuse ropes, operate grommet machines and lasers
• train and mentor new employees
• update job information in the ERP system
• follow safety and housekeeping rules.
