What you'll do

• Provide IT subject matter expertise
• develop business cases and perform knowledge management and information assurance
• analyze IT matters and recommend or initiate projects
• lead information-systems management projects
• review and implement hardware, software, website, database, and business-system initiatives
• coordinate technology implementation with headquarters, other sites, and business centers
• assess and implement IT policy
• serve as Lead Information Management Officer and Telephone Control Officer.
