BIM Modeler — Electrical Design, Hybrid

The BIM Modeler role is hybrid in Denver, CO, with two days per week in the office and three days remote. Compensation is not specified. The modeler develops and coordinates electrical design drawings and documents for permitting and construction, working with engineers, clients, vendors, contractors, architects, and other trades. The role supports accurate project designs, construction coordination, and the firm’s BIM implementation.

What you'll do

• Create electrical drawings and documents for permit and construction
• manage project design folders
• develop designs to project scope, specifications, and drafting standards
• review supplier drawings for NEC clearance requirements
• coordinate installation details with engineers and field experts
• prepare as-built drawings from field markups
• assist with BIM implementation and coordination
• maintain plotting processes
• occasionally visit construction sites for model verification and coordination.
